Holding calm, trauma-aware spaces that help people safely release what they’ve been carrying and reconnect with who they truly are.

Chris Konrath’s work is centred around creating calm, compassionate spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. He believes that healing begins when we feel safe enough to soften, listen inward, and allow the body and nervous system to settle.

Chris is trained to Level 2 as a Sound Healing Practitioner and is certified by the Complementary Medicine Association. His sessions are designed to be deeply grounding and restorative, using therapeutic sound to support relaxation, regulation and inner awareness.

Chris is also trained in Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) and is registered with the Association for IEMT Practitioners. This approach supports the processing and release of stuck emotional patterns in a way that is respectful, contained and client-led.

Alongside this, Chris is an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor, having trained under Patrick McKeown. He integrates functional breathwork practices that help regulate the nervous system, improve resilience to stress, and gently guide clients back into a more balanced state.

His practice is further informed by personal and professional experience with cold water immersion, conscious breathwork and pranayama. Together, these approaches allow Chris to hold grounded, trauma-aware spaces that help people soften protective patterns, release stored emotional weight, and reconnect with a deeper sense of safety, clarity and self-trust.

At the heart of Chris’s work is a simple intention: to offer a steady, supportive presence where people feel seen, safe, and able to return to themselves.
