Sound Healing offers an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a deeply restorative state of rest. Using crystal singing bowls, a crystal pyramid, wind gong and other therapeutic instruments, sessions are designed to help calm the nervous system, quiet a busy mind and create a sense of balance and ease.

Clients often describe feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to themselves after a session. Whether you're carrying stress, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, struggling to switch off or simply seeking time to reset, Sound Healing can provide a powerful space for relaxation, reflection and renewal.

Group Sound Healing
Group sessions provide a shared space to rest, recharge and reconnect. Sessions start from £10 per person.

Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT)

Cold Immersion Therapy

Build resilience and discover calm under pressure.

Cold immersion is not about pushing through discomfort or proving how tough you are.

For many people, it becomes a powerful way of learning how to remain calm, present and connected when faced with challenge.

Sessions begin with guided breathwork to prepare the body and mind before entering the ice bath in a safe and supported way. We finish by returning to the breath and sharing a cup of ceremonial cacao, allowing time to reflect and integrate the experience.

Many people leave feeling energised, grounded, clear-headed and more connected to their own resilience.
