Sound Healing
Experience the Healing Power of Sound - Elevate Your Mind, Body and Spirit
In the fast-paced world we live in, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and out of balance. Sound healing offers a profound way to restore harmony and wellbeing, allowing you to reconnect with your true self.
Through the use of sacred instruments such as Crystal Singing Bowls, a Crystal Singing Pyramid and a Wind Gong, sound healing works to deeply relax and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. The vibrations from these instruments resonate with your body on a cellular level, helping to release blocked energy, reduce stress and enhance your emotional state.
Emotional Healing
Sound has the unique ability to shift our emotional state, reducing anxiety, uplifting moods and clearing emotional blockages. The soothing tones help to quiet the mind, allowing you to process and release trapped or stuck emotions, leaving you feeling lighter, more centered and emotionally balanced.
Physical Healing
The therapeutic vibrations of sound waves can have a remarkable impact on physical wellbeing. By promoting deep relaxation, sound healing reduces muscle tension, lowers blood pressure and boosts the immune system. The vibrations also help to improve circulation, detoxify the body and promote better sleep - allowing you to experience physical rejuvenation and healing.
Spiritual Healing
On a deeper level, sound healing can help you reconnect with your inner self and the spiritual realms. The sacred vibrations create a space for meditation and self-reflection, guiding you on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. It’s an invitation to embrace inner peace, clarity and a sense of interconnectedness with the universe.
Whether you're seeking emotional relief, physical restoration or spiritual awakening, sound healing is a powerful tool for restoring balance and nurturing your wellbeing.

Oxygen Advantage®
The Oxygen Advantage® is a breathing technique and training program developed by Patrick McKeown.
It aims to optimise breathing patterns to enhance oxygen uptake, improve physical performance, and overall well-being.
The program emphasises nasal breathing, breath-holding exercises, and controlled breath work to increase carbon dioxide tolerance and improve oxygen utilisation in the body.
Practicing these techniques regularly can lead to better athletic performance, reduced stress, and improved sleep quality.
Sessions are one hour. Cost per session - £40 - Please contact us for an initial exploratory discussion.
Breathwork
Breathwork can offer numerous benefits for both physical and mental wellbeing:
Here’s your text formatted without any gaps or spaces between the subheadings and body text:
Stress Reduction
Breathwork techniques, such as deep diaphragmatic breathing, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps counteract the "fight or flight" response, reducing stress and promoting relaxation.
Improved Mental Clarity
Focused breathwork can enhance concentration and mindfulness, helping to clear the mind of distractions and improve cognitive function.
Enhanced Emotional Regulation
Practicing breathwork regularly can assist in managing emotions by providing a tool to navigate through challenging situations with greater calmness and composure.
Better Sleep Quality
Certain breathing exercises promote relaxation and can be beneficial for individuals struggling with insomnia or sleep disturbances, leading to improved sleep quality.
Boosted Immune System
Deep breathing supports the lymphatic system, which aids in the removal of toxins from the body, potentially boosting overall immune function.
Lower Blood Pressure
Controlled breathing has been linked to reducing blood pressure levels, which can contribute to better cardiovascular health.
Increased Lung Capacity
Regular breathwork exercises can strengthen the respiratory muscles, leading to improved lung capacity and overall respiratory efficiency.
Alleviation of Anxiety and Depression
Breathwork has shown promise as a complementary approach to managing anxiety and depression symptoms by promoting relaxation and reducing negative thought patterns.
Enhanced Athletic Performance
Certain breathing techniques can be applied during physical activities to improve endurance, focus, and overall performance.
Mind-Body Connection
Breathwork fosters a stronger connection between the mind and body, allowing individuals to become more in tune with their physical and emotional states.
Sessions are one hour. Cost per session - £40 - Please contact us for an initial exploratory discussion. Breathwork sessions can be one-to-one or in groups. For group pricing, please contact us.
Cold Immersion Therapy
Cold immersion can offer several benefits for both the body and mind:
Here’s your text without any gaps or spaces between the subheadings and body text:
Improved Circulation
Cold immersion can enhance blood circulation, as the body constricts blood vessels in response to the cold and then dilates them afterward, promoting better blood flow.
Reduced Muscle Inflammation
Cold immersion can help reduce muscle inflammation and soreness after intense physical activity, aiding in faster recovery.
Boosted Immune System
Exposure to cold water can stimulate the production of white blood cells, which are vital for a robust immune system.
Enhanced Mood
Cold immersion triggers the release of endorphins, leading to a mood lift and potential reduction in stress and anxiety.
Increased Alertness
The shock of cold water can activate the sympathetic nervous system, providing a natural energy boost and increased alertness.
Improved Skin and Hair Health
Cold water can tighten pores and improve the overall appearance of the skin. It may also make hair shinier and stronger.
Calorie Burning
Cold immersion activates brown adipose tissue (brown fat), which helps burn calories to generate heat and maintain body temperature.
Strengthened Resilience
Regular exposure to cold water can increase the body's tolerance to stress and discomfort, fostering resilience.
Potential Pain Relief
Cold immersion may temporarily reduce pain perception and provide relief for certain types of pain.
We offer bespoke cold immersion sessions which start with breathwork to prepare the body and mind followed by full body immersion in our ice bath. We close the session by returning to the breath and drinking a beautiful cup of ceremonial cacao.
Sessions are one hour. Cost per session - £40 - Please contact us for an initial exploratory discussion.
